My Research Interests

1. Ph.D. thesis subject

FEM numerical modeling on the impact and heat transfer of molten particle during plasma spray

see also thesis abstract and Powerpoint file for my oral examination of Ph.D. thesis (in french)

2. Developing Preprocessor

3. Developing Finite Element Computational Programs

4. Developing Postprocessor  (demo version here…)

FER/View2.0, a general postprocessor for visualization of finite element analysis results. It is written in C++ using OOP (Object-Oriented Programming) technique and OpenGL graphical support. A PC version and a UNIX version on SGI workstation have been developed with the same class system and graphical algorithmes.

5. Developing software for mechanism simulation

FER/Mech  is a complete package (including pre/post processor and solver) which is devoted to 2D and 3D mechanism simulation. It allows to design the model geometry, to input the physical parameters and to visualize the analysis results within a very friendly GUI - Graphical User Interface ...
