The program FER/Heat is devoted to the modeling of preheating process during thermal spary. The mathematical formulation is based on the first law of thermodynamics. Three types of boundary conditions are considered :

• Specified temperatures on surface S1 : T = T`,

• Specified heat flows on surface S2 (including the static and moving heat flows), {q}{n} = q(t)`,

• Specified convection on surface S3 : q{n} = -h(Tb-Ts).
